The Beachfront Playground is a large and comfortable family home. As well as being directly on the beach, it is well located to access the incredible offerings in the Nelson and Tasman region.

This lovely sunny home is well appointed and enjoys stunning water views. There are spots around the house and garden to relax and follow the sun. If the kids get tired of the beach, the garden has a plenty of garden toys to keep them busy.

Kaiteri is the perfect summer holiday destination or coastal retreat. Enjoy swimming, kayaking, paddle-boarding, treasure hunting, shellfish gathering and late night penguin hunts, all on your doorstep!

This popular and comfortable beachside house is always highly ranked by our guests and is well equipped to provide you with a fantastic and relaxing stay. The clear waters provide safe family swimming and the yellow sand beaches will keep you coming back for more.

Please Note

This property is in a TV reception dead zone, so there’s no Freeview TV but there is a  movie room with 50″ TV, Blueray DVDs and all you can watch Netflix for any rainy days.
