Property Rules and Booking Conditions
This is a working property, Helme Horticultural (horticultural contracting) is run from here and we have animals therefore have electric fences. Please be aware that you are responsible for your children whilst here.
Access to certain areas of the property are strictly forbidden, this is clearly indicated in your check in instructions and at the property. The beach is directly over the road, one swimming pool we can’t do anything about, so please keep a very close eye on those precious little ones!
A non-refundable 10% deposit is required at the time of booking.
No smoking, no venue or party use.
A $200 bond and $110 clean fee are added to every booking.
Exquisite home, all new, high end materials and furnishings. Stunning view, very spacious and clean. Great location, easy walking to the beach and restaurants. Also very private and quiet. Our host was responsive throughout our visit. We highly recommend this rental property!

We had the absolute best time staying here, the property was stunning, above and beyond what we were expecting! The location could not be better and we loved swimming and snorkeling so close to the house. It was really well equipped and beautiful inside and outside, I loved being surrounded by fruit trees and farmland. Not to mention the balcony (and the bath on the balcony) is a perfect spot for watching the sunset

We loved our few days on Pepin Ialsnd. The cottage was more perfect than we hoped for and the Island itself is out of this world beautiful. I would highly recommend for the most tranquil and stunning few days. We will be back. Thankyou for a superb stay!

This home is absolutely gorgeous. The views are fantastic and once we arrived we did not want to leave the home during our stay. The house is spacious and very clean with great kitchen and living spaces. It was very hot upstairs but there are fans provided to keep you cool. I would definitely recommend this beautiful home.
