We loved our stay so much that we added an extra night. The location was fantastic, the house was spotless and the views of the river were just beautiful. We were sad to leave and will certainly be back when we next visit Nelson.

Property Rules and Booking Conditions
This is a working property, Helme Horticultural (horticultural contracting) is run from here and we have animals therefore have electric fences. Please be aware that you are responsible for your children whilst here.
Access to certain areas of the property are strictly forbidden, this is clearly indicated in your check in instructions and at the property. The beach is directly over the road, one swimming pool we can’t do anything about, so please keep a very close eye on those precious little ones!
No smoking, no venue or party use.
A $200 bond and $110 clean fee are added to every booking.
Beautiful place. Could watch the view all day. Would definitely come back.

Great spot for a holiday. House was modern clean and setup well with plenty space inside and 2 decks so had options when windy etc. Very close to Pohara Beach, easy ride to Golf Course with Bikes borrowed from house. Plus good pizza place nearby.

Wow, what a beautiful stay. We enjoyed ourselves so much we added in an extra night. Everything was so secluded and relaxing. We spent time at the beach, hiked around and to the top of the island, and kayaked almost around the entire island. Soaking in the bathtub after a day of activities was perfect. This was one of our favorite stops for our honeymoon roadtrip around the South Island!

Amazing house with a million dollar view. Loved the kayaks and paddle boards to play in the bay. Coffee machine was an amazing bonus. This house was a dream and we WILL return. Thankyou for a wonderful family holiday

We had an amazing time! The best view I have ever had at an Airbnb! All the creature comforts of staying in civilization but a little bit out there. We loved being able to explore the island and be only 25 minutes from Nelson. The turkeys and sheep were curious and I think they enjoyed having us around. We will come stay again!
