Extra charges will apply if the property is not left as found, the BBQ needs cleaning or there is excessive rubbish left at the property.
This is a working property, Helme Horticultural (horticultural contracting) is run from here and we have animals therefore have electric fences. Please be aware that you are responsible for your children whilst here.
Access to certain areas of the property are strictly forbidden, this is clearly indicated in your check in instructions and at the property. The beach is directly over the road, one swimming pool we can’t do anything about, so please keep a very close eye on those precious little ones!
A non-refundable 10% deposit is required at the time of booking.
No smoking, no venue or party use.
A $200 bond and $110 clean fee are added to every booking.
Wonderful property. Beautiful location in Ruby Bay and close to Mapua. Very handy for bars, restaurants and shops. Easy drive to Motueka.
Large, spacious home. Great facilities including washing machine, dryer and bath.
Very quiet and private.
We loved the hearing the cicadas through the night and watching the quail and rabbits around the property. Lovely home to sit outside on a warm evening.

Great views of nelson. Main bedroom has an ensuite with nice views of nelson. Good utilities, heating and washing. Easy to get to and overall a nice comfortable house to stay at for a good affordable price.
