You’re also just a 4-minute drive to Woolworths (Countdown) for easy grocery runs. Motueka has a nice selection of cafes, restaurants, and shops, and a vibrant Sunday Market.

The Coastal Villa is perfectly placed for exploring the wider region. Kaiteriteri and the Abel Tasman National Park is a 15-minute drive. Mapua is just 20 minutes in the other direction. Upper Moutere is also a 20-minutes drive, where you can explore a lovely selection of artisans and wineries.

The Neighbourhood

Motueka has lots to offer, safe swimming beaches, public salt water pools, parks, playgrounds and peaceful reserves and estuary walks. Town is close by, where you will find a good movie theatre, cafes, restaurants and shops. There is one of New Zealand’s best Golf courses in Motueka so don’t forget your clubs. 20 minutes drive to Kaiteriteri and onto the beautiful Abel Tasman National Park.

No smoking inside or out, this includes garden and patio areas, no venue or party use.

A $200 bond and a $190 cleaning charge is added to every booking.
