The house is a short stroll to Ruby Bay beach and a short drive to the lovely seaside village of Mapua with it’s wonderful selection of restaurants and bars.

The house consists of a large kitchen and living area with ranch sliders out to the garden. There is plenty of room for you all, the area is well proportioned with plenty of seating.
There are 3 good sized bedrooms with rural and garden views, with the master enjoying it’s own bathroom. There is also a second bathroom and separate toilet.
