Lovely house on a quiet street, yet only 500m from the shops and food at Mapua wharf. As the tide goes out float from the lagoon (at end of the road) towards the sea.

Perfect spot and retro cutey

House is retro 60/70s style and everything and more that you’d need. Comfy beds. Great laundry and kitchen. Character cottage garden. Easy 2 min stroll to wharf.

This awesome little cottage is stuck in a time warp, although it does have a heat pump which works great. We stayed on a stormy winter weekend but were always comfortable, and that probably best describes this cottage….. comfortable. There’s everything you need to cook, a good shower and two comfortable queen beds. Hosting is spot on! Quite a few “nic nacs” around to keeps toddlers hands away from.
