We stayed at this property for 19 nights for work purposes in Motueka, we had no problems whatsoever and would highly recommend for both work and holiday. It was within easy walking distance of beautiful Mapua and central to the broader area.

Had a wonderful stay at this cosy studio. Lovely and spacious for a studio and the courtyard was very private and quiet. Would recommend to anyone and may try to come back myself. Thanks Sian!

We really enjoyed our time in Mapua which was a good base for us to visit family and friends in Nelson and Motueka. Sian was really good at communicating and the place had everything we needed. (We loved the recycled rimu bed). The studio is spacious for two people and very quiet. The wharf is a wee way away but definitely within walking distance. Having a coffee shop just over the road was a real bonus! We’d love to come back another time.

Great little place to stay to explore the area. Very close to nice bars and places to eat and some beautiful places to visit the water all nearby. Clean and comfortable and friendly host
