Here you have maximum peace and privacy, all in a stunning location, close to the golden sands of Kaiteriteri and on the doorstep of the Abel Tasman National Park.
The space
Luxury Bay Retreat is beautifully presented with wooden floors and floor to ceiling windows with expansive sea views from every room and bedroom.
The comfortable living and lounge area flows seamlessly from the fully equipped kitchen; this large space has access to multiple patios facing the sea and to a large semi covered deck at the rear. This house has amazing sun and these spaces allow you to enjoy the sunrises and escape the heat of the day and still enjoy those stunning views from all areas.
The large master bedroom has its own patio facing the sea, with a large ensuite bathroom and walk in robe, a relaxing haven to escape to. Bedrooms 2 to 4 all have king beds, which can be plit into two kinig singles and bedroom 5 has a king single with a pull-out trundler.
As well as the master ensuite you have a further two bathrooms with showers and toilets and 2 separate toilets, so even for a group of ten there are plenty of facilities to accommodate everyone.
There is a large laundry on the second floor with a sink, washing machine and dryer.
If you can drag yourself away from this stunning property, the house is walking distance to two beautiful beaches, Dummy Bay and Little Kaiteriteri beach are both a 5 minute walk and the main Kaiteriteri beach a 15 minute walk or a quick 3 minute drive. Kaiteriteri main beach has SUP and kayak hire to enjoy the beautiful waters of the bay and then enjoy a lovely lunch at the Waterfront Restaurant. For the active ones there is Kaiteriteri mountain bike park which is suitable for all ages and abilities. Or catch the sea shuttle to the Abel Tasman National Park and do a day walk, it is worth the effort, the park is stunning. Further afield we have Motueka with a good selection of shops and cafes and a lovely Sunday market.
Children are welcome and we have a stair gate that can be fitted to the top level to keep them safe.
There is a portacot available with blankets if needed.
