Nestled amongst native kanuka and coastal New Zealand bush, situated on a cliff, is Rocky Point Hut. Stay and unwind in the beautiful and private hut with a comfortable natural wooden interior. Take in all of the incredible surrounding coastal scenery from various lookouts, and watch the spectacular sunsets in the evening. Spend your time relaxing and treat yourself in the hot outdoor bath with a panoramic view over Tasman Bay. The perfect setting for a private adventurous getaway or a stunning and relaxing romantic retreat.
A medium-hard walk; 3km, 1 – 2 hours, around the Tasman Bay side of Pepin Island is required to reach the hut. But don’t despair, we have included transport to the hut if you just want to enjoy the views. Holly will meet you at reception in our farm buggy.

A non refundable 10% deposit is required at the time of booking.
Smoking is not permitted on the island, no pets, no venue or party use.
A $200 bond and $120 clean fee are added to every booking.
